Hello i have issue with my ASUS Zenfone 6 (2019) main camera focus. Whenever i take photo from distance, it always so blur, even if i adjust the focus manually using pro mode. But if i take photo up close, Its not happening.
This issue sometimes show up, and sometimes it doesn't.
I already try to clear the camera data & cache, factory reset, even shake the phone. Sometimes when i shake the phone, the issue is gone and the main camera focus is work again. But this time i already do that, and still not fixed at all.
This phone has also been repaired at the service center because the mainboard problem. Can someone help me with this issue? Its already been months and my phone is already out of warranty.



Look at the manual focus settings, nothing happen.

This is hardware issue which will only be fixed via service centre. Please take your device to nearest service center for furthur examination and fixes.
Note:- please dont forget to backup your important data before you submit your device at service centre.

It's already out of warranty, i didn't expect ASUS Phone disappointed me like this.
When I'm using another smartphone brand, i never had issue at all, even when that phone is cheaper than this phone.
