When i restarted my phone , My home scree shows this message and its stuck there forever?

I have access to settings , but my google keyboard is not opening , it seems that none of the apps are starting?
why is this happening? I still can access settings form notification panel , how do i get my phone to working again?

Oh god your completely locked, there's no way other than reset.

Or get your phone serviced and ask them to backup ur device if possible

yeah seems like it, i just moved to Australia last month , and service here is quite expensive 10,000 INR is the price quoted for service

As a last Hope , I'm Trying to Drain my battery and check , if it ain't Working I have to factory reset .
Twin app in ASUS have a serious problem and it Need to be Fixed.

I'd try to delete the launcher data. It probably went crazy.

thank you for replying first of all , there is no such thing as hard-reset as option when i enter recovery mode

1)reboot system now

2)reboot to bootloader

3)Apply update from ADB

4)apply update from SD card

5)wipe data/factory reset

6)Power off

these are the available options.

is there no WIPE CACHE PARTITION in Zenfone 6 ? Cos i don't see that as a direct option in recovery mode.
