WhatsApp and Flip Camera

I am sure many people are facing this issue... I get WhatsApp video calls all the time and the phone's camera tries to flip out even before I try to answer the call..sometime the phone is in my pocket sometimes it's just on the table. .. need a fix to stop this from happening

The flip camera sound is not working on my phone. I have tried all sounds, none  of them  works
