Vibration motor

It is too loose cant feel the vibration and the vibration is too awkward.
If i send it for service will it damage my phone's outer body??

When you get your phone back, it should look as when you sent it for repair or better. Take pictures of your phone before you hand it over to ASUS. If you see any damage when you get it back, then you just ask them to fix the damage.
