"Vibrate when the other party answers or hangs up" feature not working since phone launch.

I thought that ZF10 doesn't have that feature but it has and guess what? NEVER WORKED. 

They're a lot of things that I like and hate about this phone.  But that will be another thread.

How to make "vibrate on call answer ..." work?
