Hi all 🙂
Yesterday, my device turned off and doesn't respond to the power button or the original charger, which is working properly. I bought the device new 11 months ago, and it hasn't suffered any mechanical damage during use, hasn't been in contact with water, and the phone turned off while I was carrying it in my pocket. What should I do?
