Upper earpiece Speaker issue in Zenfone 6z

I m using Zenfone 6z and now I m facing a great issue that sometimes my upper earpiece speaker didn't work but when I reset or restart the phone it starts to work now this is happening after the update so please anyone suggest me the solution please I can't restart or reset the device again and again please anyone help me out

Hi,
I am also facing this problem of the upper speaker that doesn't work and this with the latest version 17.1810.1911.110 and this is really upseting!!
Asus is asking me to reset the phone and that works but I have done it already and the problem appears again..
Is there any other action to be done to solve the problem?
I am really not please with this BIG problem as I can't use it as a standard telephone... ?

Supposedly it's supposed to be fixed in the next update after .121

Thanks Sedl23.. I would be pleased to have the moderator or Asus contributors to confirm!... 😉
It looks like it is recurent problem on the phone. Hope the problem is not hardware. If it would come from the hardaware, I would need to get a new phone or re-imbursed... ?
