Hi,
I'm Dinesh from Chennai,India. I got new Asus ZENFONE 6Z on July 2019. Everything was fine untile Android 10 update. Since update whenever I get whatsapp notification when I am using another app and if I try to open that notification phone goes blank and gets locked. I need to unlock the phone and open the notified app by going through original app rather than through notification.
Can someone help me?

Try to reset it and dont backup from google
