System security patch

I saw on security status 2 sections first one security update 5 of November and the second Google play system update 1 of December.
My question if its the same security update of Android and we have the latest security update or there is new security only of for the Google play?

Google play security update is relevant to google play which is handled by google, but the security update goes which is the device android security version, purely depends on the OEMs such as Asus when to update and for which period/version.
The google play will always be update as there is nothing to do with the OEMs, but the scurity patch totally depends when the OEMs release the latest patch/version.
