Security Update Patch

Is everybody still on February 1 security patch? Is Anus done sending these out for the ZF 10? Pretty piss poor service if so. This is a great phone, I just wish they’d take care of it, and us, their customers.

Yes; it's late June 2026 and I still only have "1 February 2026" "Android security patch level" on my Zenfone 10. 
It is rather disappointing as one of the main reasons I bought this phone over other options was the promise of 4 years of monthly security updates (around until June 2027).

One month or maybe even two might be understandable, but being over four months behind now is pretty substandard.

I even called support and they had no clue about updates, This was like 2 days ago. Asus was good a long time ago, i thought that they still might be...i was dead wrong.

From now on i wont buy any asus stuff if they do this  with my phone, what about other things?

Seems i will buy pixel 10A, they keep updating that for 7 years, and the last years or so you might get only 4 security updates per year but better than this, soon 6 six months without any and some big security issues from mars. over 400 security fixes since we got our february patch.

Agreed; I took a punt on an Asus phone based in part on good experience with their motherboards from back in the day (and that the Zenfone was one of very few smaller but still high-spec Android phones), and to be fair the actual hardware has been great, but not keeping up with the promised security patches is unacceptable. As a result, I won't be buying any other Asus products any time soon.
