OPCCould be. It is an LCD screen. I'm ok without it, but would "want" it if it's possible.https://zentalk.asus.com/en/discussion/comment/80083#Comment_80083
Maybe the screen doesn't support it. If I am correct it's the LCD screen?

skylerwolfeOn Rog 2 it's 10 bit HDR, as you can see in my screenshot.https://zentalk.asus.com/en/discussion/comment/80085#Comment_80085

Edit - per specs on gsmarena, the screen is 16M colors (edit - same as ROG II), which I think means 8bit HD video. I believe HDR takes much more (at least 10-bit video does). Beyond my expertise.

CH_ASUSSo atlast please make it clear@CH_ASUSHDR support on Netflix is dependent on many factors.
Not just the bitdepth of the panel but also contrast ratios, and validation.
ZenFone 6 does not support Netflix HDR.

MonarkI am not sure where you perceive the information is unclear?https://zentalk.asus.com/en/discussion/comment/80257#Comment_80257
So atlast please make it clear@CH_ASUS
You are saying that only full HD(1080p) is supported on amazon and netflix for zenfone 6 and not HDR.
Am i correct? If i am correct please tell why it is not supported even though the screen is HDR i used many apps to test it. all shows the screen is HDR supported.
Is there any chance of getting it in future or not?
