SOT statistics bug

When I restart the phone, SOT statistics doesn't update anymore

I can confirm. To reproduce, charge the phone atleast to 90% (it will reset battery statistics) and then reboot. After a shutdown it will no longer provide updated stats.

My Phone also has this bug, after I restart the phone, then it stops update SOT. But it update the SOT after I full charge.
