90%+ charging &restarting the device----SOT remains 0mins entire time of usage.

DEVICE charged after switching off it---SOT showing fine

I have finally found a device that has this issue. I will send the log to our devs and hope they can find out why this happens to some people.

This bug will be fixed in the coming Android Q
