SreekiranWe did.Hi, thanks for responding. Can anything be done from the ASUS team to take this to the higher ups of Amazon? This could be a deal-breaker for a lot of people thinking of buying ZF6 as streaming is very common these days and HD is the bare basic standard these days.

And we resolved it with Amazon, and they should address this rolling.
It seems some of you already see this change in your Amazon Prime video apps.

skylerwolfeIts says HD next to playing time when playing 720p and HD1080p when playing 1080p and 4k when playing 4k but i think 4k does not work phone but on PC and streaming boxes/sticks .Is there a way within the app to tell what resolution the video is playing? When I played it (for a few seconds only) it looks fine. Is it just by the eye test that it doesn't look HD to you?
