Hi team, Yesterday I got new Asusu 6Z phone and found that brightness is not enough in bright sunlight. My 5 year old phone with 400nits looks more brighter than Asus 6Z which is 600nits. Help me with my query. Is this hardware issue? Or can be adjusted with any setting or app? Thank you. Anand
Being you, I'll take both phones with me for service. I will print their original production specifications and show the brightness of both displays side by side, ideally with exactly the same screen content, of course. Another option is to compare your ZF6 with another ZF6 to test if you got a lemon LCD panel.
Hi Jis I tried with Adaptive as well as I set to Manual and checked. Even after making it to maximum the brightness in sunlight is poor. Btw, indoor I dont have a problem. Problem is only with outdoor in sunlight.
My 5 year old phone with 400nits looks more brighter than Asus 6Z which is 600nits. According to the paper specifications, it should be exactly the opposite. Maybe you're unlucky and got a display panel that is out of its specifications.
