One hand mode on A11

Hello,
I quickly read that one hand mode disappeared with A11 update. As I use this mode like everytime, is there a possibility to come back to a previous version of android ? Updates are automatics, I can't even chose to install it or not and now it's very unconvenient for me as I often use my phone with one hand while taking care of my baby. I love my zenphone6 but I'm disappointed.
