Notification bug

When i get a notification from for example telegram(a messaging app) and click it i get sent to the app and that is all good. For some reason though the notification bar on the top still shows the app icon, until i pull down the setting and then it is gone.

No, with many apps (for example Gmail, Nine, mydlink home, iRozhlas, Calendar, ...), but it seems to me that the latest update 194 resolved it, despite that no notification bug was mentioned in the changelog.
