Notification bug

When i get a notification from for example telegram(a messaging app) and click it i get sent to the app and that is all good. For some reason though the notification bar on the top still shows the app icon, until i pull down the setting and then it is gone.

Same issue here, it happens randomly. Sometimes the notification is still here after clicking on it and pulling down the notification menu. And when I do this and swipe it away, there's still a rectangle the same size as the notification until I retract the menu.

The same for me, it started after the latest update to 193.
