Notification bug

When i get a notification from for example telegram(a messaging app) and click it i get sent to the app and that is all good. For some reason though the notification bar on the top still shows the app icon, until i pull down the setting and then it is gone.

I have installed the latest update WW_16.1220.1909.194_0 on 14.10.2019 18:46 and so far so good. I have no problems with hanging notifications any more. As I said I noticed this problem first time after update to WW_16.1220.1909.193_0.
Try to restart your phone.
