Not A11 pb, it's since A10 : Notification sound unidentifiable every day and impossible to stop

Hello, every day I have my notification sound at 8h30am, even if I put sound notification at volume zero! (Unbelievable but true!)
I never found what causes this sound, I took a look at all apps possible
I put all notifications apps to silence (except messaging apps)
I have no visible notification which could indicate why it snoozes
Does someone have an idea how I could identifícate the origin of this?
This happened too when on Android 10, it's not a new problem due to beta 11

When I said " just happened again" I was not talking about notification sound but about A11 problem sorry

And for my every day notification sound at 8h30am, I do a log tool (and which log tool?) When? Just after? At 8h31?
