Hello I am using the device since one year and after updating to Android 10 there are issues occurring on regular basis on this devices such as slow charging, boot loop, pc connection error. My main issue is with abnormal charging after battery goes below 30% phone will not able to charge in fast mode it will take 2 hours to make it 30 to 35% to charge, I urge to all asus care team to go through this matter and resolve it by giving a ott update, as asus service center will say there is motherboard issue, which is not true. And as a Asus mobile owner I am felling cheated
