Mic range is too much so while recording it has too much noise.

Mic range is too much, it takes a lots of noise as well. It can even hear sound from other rooms.
This problem is with phone's mic as well as the earphone's mic.

One more problem I am seeing is that while using any karaoke app(Smule or Starmaker), voice feedback is delayed. So it not good experience while using those apps.
