Is this happening in all applications which use camera or just the camera app. Try using camera from snapchat or Instagram apps and check. If there also same results probably hardware problem. If it works there properly try factory reset
its the same in any app, ive done a factory reset and its still the same. Going to have to send it to service center. Im not very happy - It is an Edition 30 12 GB Ram 512GB Zenfone 6
Edition 30 should have VIP card, which entitles you to an extended 30-month warranty, and you will receive a replacement phone free of charge during repairs. Let us know how it went and whether it was really with those benefits.
Yes, i do have the VIP Card, I'll be sending it to Asus Service center by the end of the week. Will keep you posted. Thanks for all the support / replies on this forum
