Help!!! Camera problem. Can anyone help?

Did you try to "Restore default settings" in Camera Settings?
Did you try to Clear storage for Camera app?

yes tried all this, it is still the same

Then service your phone, because it is a HW fault.

Is this happening in all applications which use camera or just the camera app.
Try using camera from snapchat or Instagram apps and check. If there also same results probably hardware problem. If it works there properly try factory reset
