Flashlight not working on back

When I try to use flashlight, as a torch or as flash in camera, it doesn't work. But if I turn the cam into selfie mode, it works just fine. What can I do ?

How did you try it as a torch? Via smartkey or 3rd party? If you mean via camera app, then maybe all you need to do, is to long press the camera app icon and then app info. Cache & storage and clear storage

Via smartkey and camera app. I tried clearing the cache and storage but that did not help. It just blinks and nothing more...
