File transfer not working

After update to android 10, the file transfer via USB cable doesn't work anymore. I'm quite sure that It was working on Android 9. When I open the USB settings,all the entries are grey, I can't choose anything.
The PC Is a HP pavilion, Windows 10

No, It doesn't appear.
And Windows notification says that the device is unknown

Try it on another computer with any OS, it should work.

Already done. It doesn't work. I would understand if it's a general issue, or if It affects my device only
