On page 37-38 of the manual, it describes how to set a preferred SIM. So for example if you want SIM 2 for data and SIM 1 for voice calls, you can set this.
To my knowledge 4G is not supported on both cards at the same time. If you enable one as the preferred data card, it should disable the other SIM until you revert the changes.
