Dark mode bug, what to do?

When my device is on dark mode, the notification icons are blue and white, were as it should be blue and black as other users,
The issue is only in notification panel, not in settings or anywhere.

This issue was also there before 2 updates,
Factory reset done twice
Dint report coz thought it would be fixed! But no kindly fix it, Thank you

I don't think it's a bug. I assume they just changed it. Mine are blue and white.

That's the right assumption.
Asus changed colors for Quick Settings icons from blue-black to blue-white.
How can I said that? I checked my old screenshots.

Okay got it, but blue and black looks more good,
What do you guys think, IK its a smalll thing, but every detail matters
