change to dd-mm-yy format?

Hi everyone! I thing the title is pretty clear! How can we change the phone format from yy-mm-dd which is now ? Its kind of annoying to me seeing all my data informations according to the current format!
Oh and one more bonus question ( i dont want to open a new topic just for that) how can i find out the manufactured date of my device?

1) You have to change your system language to the ones that use this format, e.g. English (UK).
2) Check your original paper box bottom sticker with bar codes, here is the last row from mine:
Made in China/BATT: C11P1806/MFD: 2019.05

Is your setting Canada? If not, could you please let me know which region you are set to?

No my setting initially was to UK (yy mm dd) but i changed it as
