Can't seem to find an option to enable "Mobile Hotspot" from quick launch.

Usually I was able to enable the mobile hotspot function from the quick launch panel as there was a button there.
But haven't been used it for some time and now when I wanted to use it there was no option to enable it through the quick access panel. It's not in the edit option of the quick launch too.
How can I bring it back to the quick launch panel as it is very convenient to use it from there. Am I missing something?

Hi, kindly follow the below steps:
1 . Tap on edit in quick tiles and click reset
2 . If still you face the issue factory reset your phone after taking a full backup: https://www.asus.com/support/FAQ/1006346/
3 . Also, kindly provide your latest software version.

Did the first thing here already.
Can't factory reset the phone for this. Is there no other way?
Software using is the Android 10 and the number is ending with .153

I wouldn't factory reset either unless I had to. Maybe Tiles would work? I used it on my wife's motorola phone that had no stock quick toggle for silent/vibrate mode. I haven't tried it on A11. Edit - I don't see mobile hotspot listed as one of that app's options.
