camera module getting very hot during video call

i am facing this issue, the camera module gets very hot during a video call after a min, the whole upper portion from back gets very hot.
is anyone facing same issue??

Ya same thing... If you will use camera for sometime it starts getting hot

In the video, because the support for high-definition video calls, and the camera module design exposed, the somatosensory temperature will be more obvious than the general mobile phone.

Not only during the video call , but also during voice call , I'm experiencing the front speaker module getting hot ,and also burns my ear which makes me uncomfortable.
