Please tell me a little more. When does it not flip? How much does it flip? If it's almost always and that it doesn't flip at all. Then you probably have a covered proximity sensor. Please remove cover and screen protector to see if it fixes your issue. If your camera issues are totally random, then chances are that it could be hardware and you need to contact ASUS support.
