Rooted or not: no
Frequency of Occurrence:from 2 months
APP Name & APP Version (If your issue relates to the app):every media apps

Whenever I connect the wireless bluetooth earphones while running the media,after connecting to the headphones sound doesn't come if I want the sound back, again I have to turn off bluetooth and I have to play that media and after pausing that media again after reconnecting the headphone then only I get sound and if I am watching any video and if any call come then after hanging call again the media audio become off and again I have to reconnect it that's why it become really unreliable and there is no issue with my headphones I tried it with realme phone and it works perfectly with that . And it's happening after recent 2-3 updates.and it also have to say that you give updates to solve the bugs not to add new bug.we are not beta tester give us the updates only when you have stable update.sorry to say that I haven't experienced this many bugs in any phones which are ranging in 30k price.even midrange phones have better software updates than you.

Dude i have the issue form .121 update i told to andres but he didn't figure it whats causing the problem.

He wants the video and log file i already sent but no response they simply saying reset the phone, and no others device got this bug that you are encounter,

Simple they didnt know what was the problem

Sorry, I must have missed the message where you sent me video + log because our conversation ended with you saying that it only happens some times when you get a notification, which made it hard to capture. I just found and watched your video but it doesn't end with you generating the log. Did you generate the log before you replicated the issue or after? It's very important that the file is generated right after the issue has been replicated. It's also much easier for us to find the issue if shows in the video when you press the capture button.
Your video also showed the issue being triggered by changing EQ in audio wizard. So is it really triggered by notifications?

First of all there is 2 way of audio going out
1. Audio wizard was triggered means if it was change the mode the audio went off( this only i sent to you with log file, the experiment was done while log was on capture mode)

2. Via notification tone or call end notification (this one coming very often i will make a video no problem but it take min 15 to 30 mins of video)



This was happening after 121 update 119 update was fine no problems., But after 121 till now the problem was present in india , i don't know each and everyone got this problem but slowly the issue was encounter in conversation segment

Still we are facing it and also bluetooth sound also varies sometimes its high volume is very loud and sometimes very low so I have to restart phone again and again

And i think that the problem is with audio wizard. I am facing this issue after changing EQ only

I got the solution, just switch back to the normal in audio wizard while in speaker i.e. not while paired with any bluetooth device and then restart the phonr.but you need to fix this issue asus
