Mirror movie 4:3 aspects ratio

When mirroring movie 4:3 aspects ratio, from ZF6 on TV, the entire height of a TV is not used. (No difference, mirror via Google Chromecast or Wi-Fi direct. No difference Android 9 or 10.)(But ZF3 used the entire height TV.)

recently, on trying to click picture, camera app closes on its own & pic is not saved. this happens in 12mp mode. In 48mp mode, on clicking picture, the phone automatically reboots!!! however, no problems in 9mp mode.. this is definitely a bug... pls...

Answering incoming calls

I keep trying to answer incoming calls by raising my new Zenfone 6 to the ear (just like I did it on my LG 4 before) but it only works maybe 1 out 10 times, instead it just rings on. Any suggestions please?
