Audio assistant doesn't work

The audio assistant does not work. Changing the configuration (for example, rock or normal) does not change the sound. I use the asus headphones.

What happens if you clear the storage of AudioWizard?
You can find this option in settings -> apps & notifications -> see all xxx apps -> audiowizard -> storage & memory -> clear storage
