Android 10 bug : Smart key not working after update

After updating to Android 10, smart key feature doesnt seem to work. it worked seemlessly on previous update. I have updated though OTA and factory resetted phone after update.. Any solutions...?

The factory reset is in the hands of the user, which is not related to service.
Settings / System / Reset options / Erase all data (factory reset)

No. I have done it myself..

I have same problem,
Factory reset is not a good idea,
It takes time to set everything after reset
Any other solution have you known?
