(A11 Bug) Unwanted images were getting created in A11 (Indian User)

Rooted or not: not
Frequency of Occurrence: 4 or 5 times (tested)
APP Name & APP Version (If your issue relates to the app): inbuilt Gallery

Hi all, I don't know whether any other user has faced this issue, but when I am taking a screenshot or downloading any image from Google using Google Chrome an unwanted image file also gets created. (PFA screenshot)
I don't know whether it's a issue in a Gallery software or A11 code or chrome. Please let me know your inputs

Bro its like when I am downloading an image or taking screenshot.

The image gets downloaded or screenshot get captured but apart from those original images, this file additionally gets created.
In case of downloading it's occuring everytime. In case of screenshot it's sometimes
