(A11 Bug) Unwanted images were getting created in A11 (Indian User)

Firmware Version: 18.0610.2101.127
Rooted or not: not
Frequency of Occurrence: 4 or 5 times (tested)
APP Name & APP Version (If your issue relates to the app): inbuilt Gallery
In addition to information above, please also provide as much details as you can, e.g., using scenario, what troubleshooting you've already done, screenshot, etc.

Hi all, I don't know whether any other user has faced this issue, but when I am taking a screenshot or downloading any image from Google using Google Chrome an unwanted image file also gets created. (PFA screenshot)
I don't know whether it's a issue in a Gallery software or A11 code or chrome. Please let me know your inputs
