Y_ASUSThanks for your answer, but I prefer to try to solve it by myself, at least for now. When i first broke the display of my Zenfone 2 (it fell from a height of 10cm) and when the fast charge and data transfer stopped to work on my other Zenfone 2, I've contacted the service and they told me that it would take months coz they r sent to another country and once sent, if i don't accept the quotation, i will have to pay for getting my mobiles back. I replaced the display and the usb port by myself..Hi MegyK,
We would advise that you have the unit sent in for an assessment and servicing where necessary.
