Zenfone 5 (ze620kl) stuck and restarting Asus Logo cant enter recovery mode

My zenfone 5 (ze620kl) stuck on Asus logo on repeat and restarting. I tried holding power+volume up+ volume down and it shows CSC fastboot mode but no recovery mode or option shows. While charging it shows battery icon and blinking for +-2 seconds and restarting again. I didn't load or update anything. I just plugged it in when the battery ran out.
What should ı do?
