What regarding the dead phones caused by Asus software update

I argued with Pushparani from Asus team Bangalore regarding the main camera blur issue so Asus provided me a ota update during the lockdown period after that my mobile was dead. After visiting service centre they asked for 25k for motherboard replacement. I kept the phone with me as a bad experience. I understood now that whole n sole companies are responsible for slowing down or other defects caused by the update.
Thank you Asus for fooling us to buy the flagship phone. 🙏

Hi, I problem was not resolved n quoted that it was opened by a third party so there will be no solution to this problem but as per the govt of India regulations the device can be shown to a third party.

One of my friend has the same phone n he said me he is going through the wide angle camera problem n battery drain issue can u send me the downgrade link to Android 9 from Android 10.
