I have a zenfone 5 lite and I have an issue during calls. For many times the sound quality decreases dramaticly and sudendly it comes back. I've tried disconect the wifi, 4g conection, mobile data, nothing works. Im very disapointed.

(settings > system > about phone> software information> build number)
(2.) Could you please kindly tell me more details about " the sound quality decreases"?
(3.) Please kindly check this matter under safe mode.
In safe mode, only the factory pre-installed applications will be loaded.
