Could you please help check below steps?
(1.) Disable the SIM and enable again. (settings> network & internet > SIM Card> toggle off and on)
(2.) Does this problem happen with another SIM card of a different operator?
(3.) Please kindly show me your SIM status for a check. ( settings> system > about phone> status> SIM status)
(4.) I've also texted you by PM, please kindly check it.
