I encounter sim not allowed issue on my zenfone 5z after the update last feb. The only thing that work is globe and tm. Smart sun tnt sim card gave an error like the picture attached. Unfortunately i voided my warranty due to rooting the device. Also the services center charges me 24k pesos for the repair of the phone

Hi kirbymakxpau, Good day. Could you please help check below steps? (1.) Disable the SIM and enable again. (settings> network & internet > SIM Card> toggle off and on) (2.) Does this problem happen with another SIM card of a different operator? (3.) Please kindly show me your SIM status for a check. ( settings> system > about phone> status> SIM status) (4.)
