Hello,
other people report hearing me with a "metallic" filter and my speech is uncomprehensible most of the time.
If I speak up they say it's better, but the quality is still bad.

I heard back from the R&D, as per the preliminary analysis of log, the team suspects it to be a problem with the other party’s mobile network or mobile phone. To clarify, the team requires clarity regarding the following-
Does the problem only occur when you are interacting with the specific party over the other end of the phone call? Does changing the network from mobile data to WiFi or vice versa, helps resolve the issue?
