Random shutdowns zenfone 5Q (X017DA, ZC600KL)

Hi, since the last update, my zenfone 5q shutdowns randomly frequently, and if i try power on after the shutdown, it don't power on, i must wait 5 mins. I already did factory reset two times, but the problem persist.
Please help me.

No, its not hardware problem, its a software problem in the last update, but as always, asus have nothing, only the programed message "contact asus repair center..."
This is the last time that buy an asus product.

I completely agree with you, I will not buy this brand anymore, it is very bad and it is always the same message, my cell phone is inoperative due to its silly updates and they have left me without a cell phone.

it's sucks brand, while samsung 2017 device still recieve support and update my zc600kl became out of date. whats this sucks brand.

Never buy asus phone again....
I thought it was a serious brand because they make good laptops, but I see their support is bad.
