As a Zenfone 5 ZE620KL user, I think photo processing changing photo a lot (in a bad way) and it could be nice if you add raw option for taking photos.

You can use Pro/Manual Mode, change the resolution to 'RAW+JPG', and change the optimization from 'Auto' to 'Off'...

Thank you for information but it is not applicable for front camera. Selfie camera has no pro option, at least no processing option.
