The left side should be on the left side. And the right side should be on the right side. When swiping down from the left side should go to the left, both notifications and Quick Seting. Note ** Wait for more information from group member.

This is clearly a bug. It seems like it occurs when you're using navigation bar gesture.  If you'll try navigation bar only this issue will be fixed but still this is a bug when you use the navigation bar gesture.
