Not receiving notifications

Rooted or not: Not rooted
Frequency of Occurrence: Most of the time
APP Name & APP Version (If your issue relates to the app): Engross v6.3.4, Google Tasks Version 2020.05.03.310127318.release
In addition to information above, please also provide as much details as you can, e.g., using scenario, what troubleshooting you've already done, screenshot, etc.

I'm not able to receive alarm notifications for some apps like Google Tasks and Engross. If the app is dismissed from recent app section the alarm which was set is also dismissed

Thank you for your asking. The latest firmware version WW-100.10.107.87 is now available. If you try to update to the latest version, does the issue still remain? Furthermore, please check on: Settings>Apps & notifications>See all>App info>APP>Notification

I've updated the firmware but still I'm not getting any notification and I've ensured that the notifications are turned on
