Not able to update apps in google play store

Model Name: ASUS ZENGONE 5Z
Firmware Version: screenshot shared
Rooted or not: NOT ROOTED
Frequency of Occurrence: FOR LAST 3DAYS
APP Name & APP Version (If your issue relates to the app): FOR ALL APPS IAM FACING THE ISSUE. WHEN I WANT TO UPDATE ANY APP ITS JUST STUCK WITH PENDING

In google play store iam facing the issue with updating the apps. WHEN I WANT TO UPDATE ANY APP ITS JUST STUCK WITH PENDING. Shared the screen shot for info. Any one could please tell how to overcome the issue.

Hi, we'd request you follow the below steps:
1. Check your phone for the latest software version.
2. Go to App settings and clear cache & storage of the App after backing up & disable/re-enable the App
3. Try the same under safe mode:
Hold the power button for 5 seconds => When the screen flashes with option => Press & hold power option => You will get an option to restart in safe mode
