Hi. Sometimes when I try to open an app, it doesn't. It doesn't open when I click on the other app. Either I have to reboot the phone, or I have to click on the app over and over again. I'm sharing a video link where you can understand my problem more clearly. https://drive.google.com/file/d/10MkXT1ON9JkgsfFdKSXDXLs23_ngX54l/view?usp=drivesdk

Hi birkan1955,
Could you help us check your firmware version?
Please check if you have updated to the latest firmware version: WW-16.0615.1908.109.
Please check if the problem is still appearing in this version.
Thank you 🙂

Hi birkan1955
Thank you for your asking. Kindly provide the information below so that we can better assist you.
1. Model Name: Settings>System>About phone
Refer to the link below to check the model name by model no. in the link
https://www.asus.com/support/FAQ/1014441/
2. Your current firmware version
Settings>System>About Phone>Software information
3. Does the issue appear right after any system/apps' download or update?
4. Please try to enter "Safe Mode". If the function works well in Safe Mode yet the issue remains out of Safe Mode, please check on any disturbance from the installed 3rd party apps.
# How to enter and exit "Safe Mode"

5. Also, please try "the Factory Reset"
Settings>System>Reset options>Erase all data(factory reset)
Please note that once the Factory Reset is completed, all data, apps, settings and personal information will be deleted.
If the issue remains the same after performing the Factory Reset, I may need you to provide me the logs and the video for further checking.
